2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
a) By visiting the website
By visiting our website www.dekora-design.de, the browser that is used on your device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is stored temporarily in a so-called logfile. The following information is recorded without your intervention and is stored until automated deletion:
• IP-address of the requesting computer,
• Date and time of access,
• Name and URL of the retrieved file,
• Website, where access is coming from (referrer-URL),
• Used browser and (if applicable) the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
The mentioned data is processed for the following purposes:

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest follows from the above listed purposes for data collection. In no case, we will use the collected data for the purpose of drawing conclusions on your person.

b) By signing up for our newsletter
If you`ve expressly agreed to article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (a) DSGVO, we will use your email address to send you our newsletter on a regular basis. To receive the newsletter, it is sufficient to specify an e-mail address.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via a link at the end of each newsletter. Alternatively, you can send your unsubscribe request to info@dekora-design.de at any time.
c) By using of our contact form
In case of any questions, we offer you the possibility to contact us via a form provided on the website. It is necessary to provide a valid email address so that we know where the request is coming from and that we`re able to answer it. Further information can be made optionally.
The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (a) DSGVO on the basis of your voluntarily granted consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be automatically deleted upon completion of the request you have made.
d) Applications
In the case of applications, the responsible person collects and processes the person-related applicant data for the purpose of processing the application. Processing can also be done electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant has submitted corresponding application documents, for example by e-mail or via a Web form on the website. If the company concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transferred data will be stored for the purpose of processing the job, in compliance with the legal regulations. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents are automatically deleted two months after the notification of the cancellation decision, provided that there`re existing no other authorized interests against the deletion by the responsible person. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).
3. Transfer of data
Your personal data will not be transmitted to third parties for other purposes than those listed below.
We only share your personal information with third parties if:
• You´ve given us the express consent for it in accordance with article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (a) DSVGO,
• Disclosure in accordance with article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (f) DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and if there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding interest in the non-disclosure of your data,
• In the event that there´s a legal obligation for the transfer in accordance with article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (c) DSGVO, and
• This is permitted by law and in accordance with article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (b) DSGVO required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.
4. Cookies
We use cookies on our site. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are stored on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our site. Cookies do not damage your device, do not contain viruses, trojans or other malicious software.

5. Analytical tools
a) Tracking-Tools
The tracking actions listed below and used by us are based on article 6 (1) p. 1 lit. (f) DSGVO performed. With the tracking actions to be used, we want to ensure a tailored design and continuous optimization of our website. On the other, we use the tracking actions to collect statistically the use of our website and to evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer for you. Such interests shall be regarded as entitled within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.
The respective data processing purposes and categories can be traced from the corresponding tracking tools.
i) Google Web Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts, provided by Google, for the uniform representation of fonts. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts correctly.
To do this, the browser you use must connect to Google’s servers. As a result, Google learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and attractive presentation of our online services. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

ii) Google Maps
This site uses the mapping service Google Maps via an API. Provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
To use the features of Google Maps, it is necessary to save your IP address. This information is usually transmitted to and stored on a Google server in the United States. The provider of this site has no influence on this data transfer.
The use of Google Maps is in the interest of an attractive presentation of our online offers and an easy findability of the places we have indicated on the website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO.

6. Rights of data subjects
Persons whose data is stored at Dekora-Design have the following rights: • Pursuant to article 15 DSVGO the right to information about stored personal data. You have the right to ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you and to check we are dealing with it lawfully by asking for information about how we process it. This includes information about the aim of dealing with personal data, the categories of personal data, the categories of persons to whom personal data can be transferred to, the maximum storage time, the origin of data not collected by us, the existence of automated decision-making incl. profiling (in detail, if necessary), your right to correct, delete, limit or object to the processing of personal data, and your right to appeal. • Pursuant to article 16 DSVGO the right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data immediately. • Pursuant to article 17 DSVGO the right to deletion of your personal data stored at our company. We may reject requests for certain reasons, including if the request may infringe the exercise of freedom of expression and information, our complying to legal obligations, reasons of public interest, or the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. • Pursuant to article 18 DSVGO the right to restriction of processing of your personal data if you contest to the accuracy of an item of personal data, or if the processing is unlawful but you object to the deletion of the personal data although we no longer need them because you need them to assert, exercise or defend legal claims pursuant to article 21 DSVGO after having objected to the processing. • Pursuant to article 20 DSVGO you have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data to you, or to a third party. We will provide the data in a structured machine-readable format as used by common word processors. • Pursuant to article 7 (3) DSVGO you have the right to withdraw at any time the consent you gave to our use of your personal data. • Pursuant to article 77 DSVGO the right of appeal to a supervisory authority. File your complaint with the supervisory authority of your residence or place of employment or of our registered office.
7. Right of objection
If we process your personal data in accordance with our legitimate interests pursuant to article. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSVGO you have the right to object to this processing pursuant to article 21 DSVGO, for reasons relating to your particular situation or for the purposes of direct marketing. In the last mentioned case, you have the right to object without limitation.

8. Data security
When visiting our website your data will be protected by SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) in conjunction with the highest level of encryption that is supported by your browser. Usually this is a 256-bit encryption protection. In case your browser does not support the 256-bit encryption, we make use of the 128-Bit v3 technology instead. A single page of our website is transmitted encrypted, if you can see the closed exposition of a key and key symbol respectively in the lower status bar of your browser. We use appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data stored by us against manipulation, partial or complete loss and against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
